We Are Hiring a Creative Services Producer (Full-Time)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Creative Services Producer to help us manager our creative projects. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail oriented and have experience running creative production . A typical project involves helping project costs and timelines for RFPs, onboarding clients and creating schedules and deliverable timelines. The Producer will also source and manage vendors and contractors to complete various creative projects.


Proposal response:

  • Provide creative RFP responses (timelines and budgets)

Project Budgeting & Scheduling:

  • Estimating schedule and costs for production

  • Setting milestones, deliveries, and approvals

  • Deliver Statement of Work defining project scope and deliverables

  • Source and meanager vendors and contractors needed to complete projects 

Lead Client Communication

  • Lead creative project kick offs and daily communications

  • Procure source assets for ads from clients

  • Route creative for client approval

Production Management:

  • Maintain task lists and deliverables (via Asana or similar)

  • Run Stand-ups - Daily prioritization of tasks

  • Manages vendors and contractors

  • Organize approved ad assets for internal use

  • Cost reporting

  • Post mortem analysis

Communication with Advertising Managers:

  • Work with account management to monitor live campaigns

  • Participate in performance review meetings - learn what is working and help optimize future creative for KPI improvement


  • MUST have a minimum of 2-3 yrs. Producer or similar experience.

  • Experience in working on creative projects, Mobile Advertising a plus.

  • Familiarity with files types and deliverables for creative projects.

  • Detailed knowledge of digital formats and language (i.e. Aspect Ratios, Frame Rates, Action/Title Safe Areas and Codecs etc.).

  • Great organizational skills: file management, naming convention, project organization of software, etc.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Great communication skills (internal and client facing).

  • Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

  • A team player who is motivated, organized and able to work within a collaborative environment, while being flexible and adaptable

  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues

  • Capable of working within a fast paced environment while thinking creatively and responding to changing priorities
